Boiler Units UTM-3 (KVA-0.25 GN), UTM-3F (KVA-0.32 GN), UTM-4 (KVA-0.5 GN)
At present, PJSC RUMO offers a family of the most advanced compact automated boiler units of UTM-3, UTM-3F and UTM-4 type with vertical boilers of 250, 320 and 500 kW heating efficiency, respectively, for equipping self-contained and roof boiler plants.

Boiler units UTM are protected by 8 patents, they are competitive with the best foreign similar units by their technical and economic parameters.
Boiler units include:
" hot-water boiler with pipeline system equipped with pump for pumping of boiler with water during burner operation;
" modular burner with forced combustion air supply equipped with automatic system for adjustment, control, monitoring of parameter and emergency protection in complete compliance with requirements of the Russian Regulations.

Due to fan frequency control, burners of boiler units are very simple by design (electrical drive and mechanical regulation assemblies as well as end switches are excluded), compact, reliable, have high positional accuracy.
Automatic systems of boiler units provide:
- automatic start and stop of a boiler unit;
- automatic maintenance of water temperature at boiler outlet by continuous smooth control of a burner heat rating;
- gathering and transformation of information from transmitters;
- automatic stop of a boiler unit by alarm signals with start-up interlocking and primary reason memorizing;
- representation of real state of a boiler unit executive devices and its parameters on symbolic circuit and LCD display of control and protection unit.
During operation of boiler units in a group, their automatic systems also provide:
- " automatic sequential start of a necessary number of stopped boiler units in case of lack of heating efficiency of the boiler group, when it operates at a maximum power;
- " automatic sequential stop of required number of operating boiler units in case of excess of heating capacity of the boiler group, when it operates at maximum capacity.
Access to all components and control elements of boiler units is provided from the face panel. That is why they should be arranged with their back side to the boiler room wall close to it or arranged "back-to-back". Availability of flanged pipelines with "supply" and "reverse" water in the bottom of vertical boiler units allows combining them in compact modular heating installations.

Boiler units UTM advantages

Boiler units of UTM-3, UTM-3F, UTM-4 types are certified for compliance with GOST 21204-97 and GOST 30735-2001 and have permission for production and application issued by GosGorTekhNadzor of Russia. .
On February, 2004 PJSC RUMO came out on top of the "Competition for the Best Technology, Equipment, Materials for Fuel and Power Industry Complex and Housing and Public Utilities of the North-Western Region of Russia" in Saint-Petersburg in the frame of the exhibition "Power Saving in Housing and Public Utilities" presented boiler units of UTM type.
On February, 2006 at the VI Moscow International Show of Innovations and Investments PJSC RUMO was awarded with a gold medal for development of small size boilers of UTM-3, UTM-3F, UTM-4 type with vertical arrangement.
