Self-contained automated modular boiler plants in modular arrangement of container-type of 0.5-5.0 MW heating efficiency

Independent  automated modular boiler units (AKMA)

Application of boilers UTM together with functional modules for control of heat supply, hot water supply and ventilation of vertical arrangement permits to produce promptly and with minimum labor cost self-contained roof boiler plants of high technical parameters and minimum overall dimensions and weight including boiler plants of container type.

Boiler plants of PJSC RUMO production of heating efficiency from 0.5 to 5.0 MW on the basis of boiler units UTM are 2-4 times more compact and 1.5-2 times lighter than similar ones produced by other manufacturers.

Boiler plants are produced according to cascade (step-by-step) circuit by connecting a required set of boiler units and appropriate modules arranged along a boiler plant perimeter providing its compactness as a whole and minimum weight.

Independent  automated modular boiler units (AKMA) Boiler plants operate in automatic mode without permanent presence of maintenance personnel. Information about boiler plant operation and emergency situations is output to a warning unit installed in a premise where a person on duty is always present.

Boiler plants are mounted in containers of 2.8 m high, 2.8 m wide and 4.5 long; 6; 7; 8 and 9 m long for boiler plants up to 1.0; 1.5; 2.0; 3.0 and 3.5 MW capacity, respectively.
Boiler plants of higher heating efficiency (up to 5 MW) could be produced at the customer's order.

Boiler plants with boiler units UTM operate in Nizhny Novgorod, Orlov, Leningrad, Samara, Tomsk Regions as well as in other regions of Russia.
The proposed equipment for autonomous heat supply is series-produced, competitive with foreign similar equipment by specification (8 patents), adapted to Russian operation conditions and based on national technologies.
